Prices and offers
A price, a scope or a deadline binds us only once it is written in the proposal or contract we send you. We may update the prices and descriptions on the site without notice; signed contracts are not affected.
Intellectual property
Words, pictures, drawings and design on this site are Yopnet OÜ’s. Borrow a sentence or two and credit yop, that is fine; whole pages or long passages need a written yes from us first. Logos, brands and sites of clients shown in our work stay theirs.
Links to other sites
Some links lead to other websites, our house brands among them. What those sites publish, and how they treat data, is up to them.
Liability
We keep yop.net accurate and current as best we can. Within what the law allows, we do not answer for losses that come from a mistake on a page or from the site being down for a while.
