AI integration is the work between a model and your business: choosing the task, giving the model the right data, connecting it to your CRM, help desk or ERP, checking its answers and measuring whether it saves time. Calling an AI API takes an afternoon; making it dependable inside a real process is the project.
Most first projects are narrow: a chatbot that answers from your own documents, an assistant that reads incoming emails and fills in the CRM, or a tool that drafts quotes and product texts for a person to approve. Each starts as a prototype on your data, so you see the quality before paying for the full build.

Data and privacy
Can our data stay safe once AI is plugged in?
It can be, if the integration is designed for it. We decide per task which data the model may see, remove personal data where it isn’t needed, use providers and regions that keep data out of model training, and log every request. yop is based in the EU and works to GDPR by default.
Prompts, settings and the code around them belong to your company and live in your accounts, so you can change provider later without starting over.

What are AI integration services?

Isn’t AI integration just calling an AI API?
No. An API call only returns text from a model. An integration decides what data the model sees, connects it to your systems, checks its answers, handles errors and measures the result.
