Website maintenance services. Someone looks after it.

Website maintenance services keep a site safe, fast and up to date after launch: updates, backups, security monitoring, speed checks and the small content changes that pile up. yop maintains WordPress and custom sites from Tallinn for a fixed monthly price, with a short report each month, and the hosting and logins stay in your name.

Maintenance

What is included in website maintenance?

A maintenance plan covers the work that keeps a site healthy without anyone thinking about it: core, theme and plugin updates tested on a staging copy first, daily backups stored off the server, uptime and security monitoring, and a monthly check of speed, forms and broken links.

Small jobs are included too: adding a new hire to the team page, changing a price, putting up a holiday-hours banner. Larger jobs like a new section or a redesign get their own quote, which keeps the monthly fee steady.

  • Updates. Every core, theme and plugin update goes onto a staging clone before it touches the live site.
  • Backups. Daily, stored away from the server, with a test restore every quarter.
  • Security. Firewall, malware scans, login protection and uptime alerts.
  • Health checks. Speed, forms, links, SSL and Search Console errors, every month.

In every plan

Monthly care, item by item.

01

Tested updates

Updates run on a staging copy first, so a plugin conflict breaks the copy and not your live site.

02

Backups you can restore

Daily backups kept off the server, and a test restore every quarter to prove they work.

03

Security monitoring

Firewall, malware scanning, login limits and an alert when something changes in the files.

04

Speed and Core Web Vitals

Monthly checks of loading speed on phones, with a fix when a new plugin or image slows a page down.

Fix

The urgent items first: outdated software, missing backups, broken forms.

Hosting

Do you offer managed WordPress hosting?

Yes, as part of maintenance. We set up hosting on fast EU servers with staging, daily backups, a CDN and current PHP, and keep the account in your company’s name so you can move it whenever you like. If you already have a good host, we maintain the site where it is.

We maintain sites built by other agencies too. Month one opens with a health check, so we know precisely what we have inherited.

Questions

Asked about maintenance.

What do website maintenance services cover?

Website maintenance services keep a website updated, backed up, secure and working after launch, and handle small content changes. yop offers them as a fixed monthly plan with a report each month.

yop charges a fixed monthly price based on the size of the site, the number of plugins and integrations and the hours of changes included. The price follows a health check.

Updates and backups should run every week or month, security monitoring all the time, and a full health check every month. Sites that take payments need closer care.

Yes. First a health check of site and hosting, then the urgent fixes, then the monthly plan.

Mostly WordPress, including WooCommerce and Elementor sites, plus custom sites and web apps built by us or by others.

Small changes are included up to the hours in your plan. New sections or features get a separate quote.

Your company. Hosting, domain and admin accounts are in your name, and yop has its own user that you can remove at any time.
