Floor 01 · Build
Software development services. Products that are yours.
Software development services take a business from a first idea to the system it runs on every day. On the Build floor yop designs, codes and launches software made to order, SaaS products, MVPs, mobile apps and network marketing platforms, and wires AI and outside services into them. The people who run the first workshop also ship the release, and the repository, database and accounts are registered to your company.
On this floor
Eight services, one team of builders.
Products
Software built around how your company already works.
Subscription products with accounts, plans and billing.
The smallest real product that paying users can try.
iOS and Android apps people keep on their home screen.
Platforms and integrations
The numbers and screens your team opens every morning.
Back office, genealogy and commissions, built for your plan.
AI and automation inside the tools you already use.
Your website, apps and services talking to each other.
Look inside
Five builds, one way of working.
Pick a kind of build and watch it stack up. The layers change from product to product: a SaaS needs billing, an app needs store listings, an AI feature needs your documents indexed. Who holds the keys never changes.

Which one do I need?
Start from what hurts today.
Each order passes through two spreadsheets and an e-mail thread before anyone can act on it.
Software shaped around the work your people already do.
You want to sell software to many companies for a monthly fee.
One codebase with accounts, plans and billing for every customer.
Sales, stock and orders sit in separate tools that never agree.
CRM, ERP and portals on a ready-made core, built by our sister company.
You have an idea, and nobody signs off the full budget until it works.
Version one, cut down to the single task that proves the idea.
You pay commissions through a network of distributors.
Genealogy, commission rules and a shop link for every seller.
At handover
What lands in your inbox.
Whether we stay for the care plan or hand over to your own developers, the same five things are ready on the last day.
The repository
Every line of code with its history, in an account your company already owns.
Architecture notes
How the parts fit, where the data lives and why we chose each piece, in plain language.
Data map
Each table and field, where it comes from and which screen or report uses it.
Access list
Every account, key and domain, who can reach it and how to change that.
Runbook
How to deploy, roll back, restore a backup and answer the most likely alerts.
How a build runs
Same five steps, whatever we build.
Workshop
Half a day with the people who will use the software: what they do now, where it breaks and what has to change first.
Prototype
Screens your team can click through on a phone, days before any code exists.
Releases
A working version on a test link every week, so feedback arrives while changes are still cheap.
Launch
Old records imported, the team walked through it, uptime alerts in place.
Care
Fixes, updates and new features on a monthly plan, or a clean handover to your own developers.
Honest check
Are we the right builders for you?
Some projects suit a small senior team. Some don’t. Better to find out before the first workshop.
We fit well if
- you want to talk to the people who write the code, not to an account manager.
- the software is close to how you earn money, so it deserves care.
- you would rather pay per phase and see each one working before the next.
- the code, the data and every account should be in your company’s name.
- you are happy to give us a few hours a week of the people who will use it.
Look elsewhere if
- you need fifty developers on a deadline next month.
- the main need is a CRM or an ERP: our sister company pirdir builds those on its own core.
- a tool you can buy already does the job with a few tweaks.
- you want a fixed price for everything before the first workshop.
- nobody on your side has time to look at a weekly demo.
Your build
Tell us what hurts, we sketch the fix.
A few lines about the process, the product or the idea is enough. We answer with questions and a first plan, not a sales script.

Questions
Before the first workshop.
What do software development services include?
What do software development services include?
Planning, design, coding, testing, launch and the care that follows. At yop one team covers every step, and you can start with a single phase, such as a prototype, before you commit to the full build.
Build our own software or pay for an existing tool: how do we decide?
Buy when an existing tool covers your process with small changes. Build when you pay for many seats nobody really uses, when people copy data between tools by hand, or when the software is the product you sell.
How is a software project priced?
In fixed phases. The workshop ends with a plan that splits the work into steps, and each step has its own price before it starts, so the budget never runs ahead of what you have seen working.
Who owns the code once the project is over?
It belongs to your company. The repository, cloud accounts and domains are registered in your name from day one, and the code comes with documentation, so another team could take it over.
Which software does yop build most often?
Booking and membership platforms, SaaS products, MVPs, mobile apps and the AI and API work that connects them. Business software such as CRM and ERP is built by our sister company pirdir on its own ready-made core.
Can you continue software another team began?
Yes. It starts with a paid code review: how the software is built, what is missing and what blocks the next release. Then we either continue the build or rebuild it in stages while the old version keeps running.
How do we follow the work week by week?
Every week a working version goes up on a test link, with a short note on what changed, what comes next and what we need from you. The tasks and the code sit in your own repository, so you can look whenever you like.
